UK Customers
Most orders are shipped same or next working day (Monday to Friday).
Note: It is recommended that you leave a mobile contact number so we can contact you in the event of a delay or problem with your order.

International and Non UK mainLand Customers
If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us to obtain the most appropriate delivery price.

Please note, due to Royal Mail prohibited goods rules we cannot ship liquids such as pre-shave oils and aftershaves, colognes overseas.
Returns
You can return any item to us for exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received and, for obvious hygiene reasons, must not have been used.
Unfortunately, we do not cover return postage costs for any reason.
When returning any item to us it is highly recommended to use a trackable service as we cannot be held liable for any returns lost in the post.
Once we have received your return in its original condition we will email you to confirm receipt, and either order your alternatives or issue a refund. If you have requested a refund, this will typically take 5 days from receipt of returned items to process, dependent on bank/card issuer. If you have requested an alternative item, this will be dispatched on receipt of returned items, and will then take up to 3 working days to reach you.
